Short term and long term parking availalbe.
Short Term Parking
Our parking lots have an entire line on the north side reserved for short term parking. If you have any questions about where to park please check with the truck wash staff.
Any unit parked more than 72 consecutive hours will be assessed the fees assigned to long term parking customers.
Long Term Parking
Our lots are typically used for long term parking. The gated lot is fully leased and the open lot is mostly reserved parking. Please reach out if you are interested in off street parking in the Gaylord or Winthrop area.
Parking Rules
Parking may be withheld or revoked at our sole discretion.
1. Short term parking is temporary and equates to less than 72 consecutive hours.
2. Permits are required for any parking spot consumed longer than 72 hours.
3. No littering or damage to property
4. No services provided by Owner shall occur by others on the Property. Example services include: Mobile Mechanic/Road services, Portable Fueling, Cleaning the inside or outside of a trailer (with or without water), repairs of any kind, etc.
5. Equipment must comply with all DOT standards
6. No loaded trailers may be left unattended.
7. The driveways, fire hydrants and access points on the Property shall at no time be blocked or obstructed in a manner which restricts the free flow of traffic on the Property.
8. No out of service equipment.
9. Owner shall have no liability for any damage to the unit or the contents therein. If harm befalls a person or their possessions while parked in this lot it is the Driver/Company/Carrier’s sole and absolute liability & responsibility.
10. Staff does not have the ability to waive the parking rules or agreements.
